Pennant Die Birthday Banner

Perfect Pennants die is such a fun and easy die to use!  I made this banner for my daughters birthday.  She picked the colors from the Brights Collection. Didn’t she do a great job?  I wish I had a better camera because these pictures just don’t do it justice, it is so cute!

Making this banner was much easier than trying to photograph it!

I had such fun adding all the bling.  I mean you can’t have too much bling, right?

I made all the butterflies using the Beautiful Wings embosslit.

All the little flowers were made with the Boho Blossoms punch.

The bigger flowers were made with the Fun Flowers Die and the white flower is from the Paper Daisies pack.

I textured all of the letters using the Square Lattice Textured Impressions Embossing Folder.  Whew, say that 3 times fast! All the pennants were textured with the Perfect Polka Dots TIEF.  There, that’s definitely easier to type anyway.

For more sparkle I added Glimmer Brads.  And since that didn’t seem like enough I also add some, okay well a lot, of Basic Rhinestones Jewels. 

All the letters were made with the Alphabet Simple Letters die.

Even though I made the banner for my daughters birthday, since mine birthday is only 5 days later, I left it up for me.  Whether you’re 9 or 90, and I’m definitely not 90, every girl should have a glittery birthday banner!
