I borrowed the Petal Cone die from my friend Tammy and have been “experimenting” with it for the last couple of days. Thanks Tammy! This is such a fun die to use. It’s easy to put together and you can do all sorts of things with it. Most of what I made was “case’d” from fellow demonstrators, but now I’ve got a bunch of great ideas running around in my head. I can’t wait until I get a chance to play with this die some more and really get creative!
Easter Carrot - Inspired by Rose Castillo
Super cute! Super simple! I used the VersaMarker to give it a little definition. The carrot stalks were made with the Two-Step Bird punch.
Mother’s Day Treat - Inspired by Julie Beltramo
The lighting does not do justice for this creation. This is really pretty “live & in person”. The new Fun Flowers die is the perfect size for this box.
The color is a little off on the tip view. I used Cherry Cobbler for the scallop half circles.
Happy Anniversary - Inspired by Deanna
Wouldn’t this make a great wedding favor or wedding shower gift? I sprayed it with the Smooch Spritz Vanilla Shimmer to give it a delicate but, elegant look. It’s too bad you can’t see it in the photo. Trust me though, it’s gorgeous!
The flowers are the Paper Daisies in the big catalog. I’ve had them forever and this is the first time I’ve used them. Not sure why I was hoarding them… They work great without adding a lot of bulk.
Thanks! - Inspired by Angie Juda (she even has a video on how to make this cute Petal Cone basket)
Celebrate Your Day - Inspired by…Me!!! Yep, an original. Can you believe it?
Doesn’t this one just make you want to jump up and do a Happy Birthday dance? Just think of all the fun things you could fill this up with. Jelly beans, Hot Tamales, and my favorite, CHOCOLATE!
Wedding Favor - Dawn Olchefske (she also has a video)
I used Smooch Spritz on this box also, but my camera just doesn’t pick up the effect. :0( You’ll just have to trust me again, it’s very pretty!
This is a perfect favor for any occasion. Just change the ribbon to pink or blue for a baby shower. Match it to the brides colors for a wedding shower. How about jazzing it up and using it at a Sweet 16 party? Of course, chocolate would be the perfect choice for the treat inside!
Don’t forgot. Big Shot class this Thursday! We’ll be making 2 of the projects shown above. It’s taken me days to pick the perfect pair for you to create. Wanna know what they are? Nah! You’ll just have to come see!
RSVP by Wednesday, March 9th
