Club Projects

Here are this month’s Stamp Club projects.  They learned the stained glass technique.  It really adds a “wow” to the card and is very simple to do.

SOFT SUMMER STAINED GLASS

 P1060303 copy

Stamp lined image, on vellum cardstock, with Stazon ink.  Flip image over and lay it on your paper piercing pad.  Using the small end of your stylus trace around  the image.  This will whiten the vellum and give it a 3 dimensional (embossed) look.  Also on the back side color in image with Stampin’ Write markers or aqua pen. Flip over and attach it to a piece of Whisper White card stock, exactly the same size.  This really helps the image to stand out.  To adhere the vellum, I place a dot of 2-way glue in each corner.  It dried clear and you couldn’t even see it.  I popped up the oval scallop with dimensionals and that was it!

MANHATTAN MATCHBOX

P1060296 copy

They made this cutie with the Matchbox die.  I didn’t get a picture of it open, but it holds 4 Hershey Nuggets perfectly!  Run the outside sleeve back through the Big Shot using the Manhattan Flower Textured Impressions Die for a completely different look!  Use your Versamark to fill in different areas for a little more dimension and you’re done!

New Clubs are starting in July.  So sign up now to hold your spot and be able to make these wonderful projects, and also learn great new techniques!  If you don’t want to wait, gather up 5 of your friends and start a club today.
